How to exercise fast walking fitness method

In joyful days, brisk walking fitness method is your best choice.

Experts suggest that a minimum amount of exercise each day should be consumed 3000 kcal of calories, this coincides with the thousand-step on foot approximately equivalent heat consumption. For modern people, 10-step foot every day is not an easy thing.

A year in spring, let our brisk walking fitness program started.

Preparation: cold-proof clothing, comfortable shoes, a moderate amount of flexion exercise. Walk for five minutes, you can speed up the pace.

Speed: feeble person per minute walk around 60 to 70 step; long distance walkers, male-per-minute walk from 80 to 90 step, women per minute walk from 70 to 80 step; faster, around line 120 per minute to step 13.

Time: every time I go at least 30 minutes.
