Before secured effectively help digestion

Wash hands before eating small movement to promote intestinal motility, helps digestion:

1. foot opening, a slightly thicker than the shoulders, hands raised up from the sides and at the same time looked suction.

2, the arm back to from both sides of the body, relax your shoulders before cross, breathes, head back to the middle position (1, 2, action, and repeat three times)

3. hands of anterior cruciate feet to each side apart, knees and legs, two arms at the same time breathing slowly lifted from either side up leveling out.

4, reverted upright body, hands down to body and cross, breath, and repeat the third movement, head to the right (3, 4, actions, and repeat three times).

5. open two feet, and a slightly thicker than the shoulder; hands flat stretch while inhaling.

6, the left side of the body to correct scoliosis, hands stretched, head up to look the same breath (5, 6, actions, and repeat three times).
